The practice
A Christchurch project and development manager with more than a decade delivering retail, hospitality and commercial projects for the city's owners. The through-line is tenancy coordination and fit-outs — the coordination between landlord, designer, council and tenant that decides whether a place opens well, and on time.
The work runs from first feasibility and consenting through tendering and construction to leasing, fit-out sign-off and the day the doors open — one practice accountable for the whole line.
